How REMIX handles your data

This Policy explains what data the REMIX service (the "Service") collects and processes, for what purposes, on what legal basis, and how long it is retained. The Service is a chat bot in the Telegram messenger, available at @remixlab_bot.

By using the Service you confirm that you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What data we collect
1.1. Data provided by Telegram when you use the bot
- your numeric Telegram account identifier;
- your Telegram username, if you have one;
- the first and last name shown in your Telegram profile;
- your interface language code.
We do not receive your phone number, your contact list, your conversations with other people, or any data outside your dialogue with our bot.
1.2. Data you provide yourself
- links to publications that you send to the Service for processing;
- information about your own activity that you enter in your creator profile: niche, product or service, audience description, tone of voice, desired call to action, words you do not want used.
1.3. Data the Service generates while operating
- metadata of processed publications: title, caption, duration, author, hosting platform;
- speech-to-text transcripts and the results of automated processing: analytical summaries, script drafts, translations;
- operational records: operation timestamps, outcomes, internal credit deductions, technical errors.
1.4. What we never collect
- passwords or login credentials for any service;
- bank card numbers or payment credentials — payments are processed entirely by the payment provider, and the Service has no access to that data;
- location data;
- biometric data or special categories of personal data.

We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertising networks, and do not use it for profiling outside the Service.
3. Who we share data with
The Service uses third-party providers strictly to the extent necessary for operation:
Telegram Messenger — delivery of messages and files. Processes your dialogue with the bot under its own policy.
Text processing provider (large language model gateway) — receives the transcript of a publication and the information from your creator profile in order to produce a result. Only data required for the specific operation is sent; your Telegram identifier, name, and contact details are not sent.
Payment provider — payment processing. Receives the amount, order identifier, and your payment details directly, bypassing the Service.
No other transfers to third parties take place, except where expressly required by law.
4. How long we retain data

After account deletion, data is erased within 30 calendar days, except data the controller is legally obliged to retain.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- learn what data about you is processed;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- delete your account and all associated data — see Section 6;
- withdraw consent to promotional messages via a command in the Service;
- lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
Requests should be sent to kontentum.pro@gmail.com. We respond within 30 calendar days of receipt.
6. How to delete your data
Option 1 — inside the Service. Send the command /delete_me to @remixlab_bot. The Service will ask for confirmation and then delete your account, creator profile, operation history, transcripts, processing results.
Option 2 — by email. Send a request to kontentum.pro@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion", stating your Telegram identifier or username. We will delete the data within 30 calendar days and confirm by reply.
Only data we are legally required to retain is kept — specifically accounting and tax records for completed payments.
7. How we protect data
- database access is restricted and protected by authentication;
- third-party API keys are stored encrypted;
- data transfer between the Service and providers uses secure channels;
- administrator actions are recorded in an immutable audit log;
- backups are created daily and stored securely.
No operator can guarantee absolute security of data transmission over the Internet. We apply measures proportionate to the nature of the data processed.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for persons under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with data, write to kontentum.pro@gmail.com and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at the address shown in the Service interface. We announce material changes inside the Service at least 7 calendar days before they take effect.
