Сервис REMIX — чат-бот в Telegram по адресу @remixlab_bot. Ниже — как удалить все свои данные из Сервиса.

Способ первый: в самом боте

1. Откройте бота @remixlab_bot в Telegram

2. Отправьте команду /delete_me

3. Бот покажет, что именно будет удалено, и попросит подтверждение

4. Нажмите «Да, удалить всё»

Удаление происходит немедленно. Восстановить данные после этого невозможно.

Способ второй: письмом

Напишите на kontentum.pro@gmail.com с темой «Удаление данных», указав ваш идентификатор или имя пользователя Telegram. Мы удалим данные в течение 30 календарных дней и подтвердим удаление ответным письмом.

Что будет удалено

• учётная запись и связанные с ней сведения из профиля Telegram;
• профиль креатора: ниша, продукт, аудитория, тон, стоп-слова;
• история обработанных публикаций и их метаданные;
• расшифровки звуковых дорожек и результаты автоматической обработки;
• список аккаунтов, за которыми вы просили наблюдать, и все собранные по ним сведения;
• история операций и баланс внутренних учётных единиц.

Что сохраняется и почему

Только документы бухгалтерского и налогового учёта по совершённым оплатам — их оператор обязан хранить в силу законодательства Российской Федерации. После удаления учётной записи эти документы не связаны с вашим профилем.

Данные платформ Meta

Сведения, полученные через Instagram Graph API об аккаунтах, за которыми вы просили наблюдать, удаляются:

• сразу, как только вы убираете аккаунт из наблюдения;
• при удалении учётной записи;
• автоматически, не позднее 90 дней с момента получения.

REMIX is a Telegram chat bot available at @remixlab_bot. Below is how to delete all your data from the Service.

Option 1: inside the bot

1. Open @remixlab_bot in Telegram

2. Send the command /delete_me

3. The bot will show exactly what will be deleted and ask for confirmation

4. Press "Да, удалить всё" (Yes, delete everything)

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2: by email

Write to kontentum.pro@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion", stating your Telegram identifier or username. We will delete the data within 30 calendar days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• your account and the Telegram profile details associated with it;
• your creator profile: niche, product, audience, tone of voice, excluded wording;
• the history of processed publications and their metadata;
• speech-to-text transcripts and automated processing results;
• the list of accounts you asked us to monitor and all data collected about them;
• operation history and internal credit balance.

What is retained and why

Only accounting and tax records for completed payments, which the controller is legally required to retain under the legislation of the Russian Federation. After account deletion these records are no longer linked to your profile.

Meta platform data

Data obtained through the Instagram Graph API about accounts you asked us to monitor is deleted:

• immediately when you remove the account from monitoring;
• when your account is deleted;
• automatically, no later than 90 days after collection.
